Pursuant to Art. 13 (1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”), we hereby advise that:

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes specified in the personal data processing consent form, i.e. to provide information on the website http://www.poznan.uw.gov.pl/cudzoziemcy-stan/ concerning the status of the case processed by the Wielkopolska Voivodship Office.
  4. With regard to personal data processing for the purpose referred to above, your personal data may be made available to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, such as:
    • entities authorised to collect your personal data pursuant to relevant legislative regulations,
    • entities that process your personal data on behalf of the data controller under a contract authorising them to process personal data (so-called processors).
  5. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
  6. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the implementation of the purpose of processing referred to above, including any legislative record-keeping requirements.
  7. In connection with data processing by the controller, you have the right to: access your personal data, have your personal data rectified, deleted, restrict the processing of your personal data, transfer your personal data, and object to the processing of your personal data.
    (Please note: the above-mentioned rights have to be exercised in line with the legislative regulations under which the data processing is carried out, with the GDPR, as well as with, among other regulations, the principles of the Code of Administrative Procedure and the principles of record-keeping).
  8. You also have the right to withdraw, at any time, the consent referred to in point 3, without prejudice to the compliance of the data processing with legislative regulations prior to such withdrawal.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority (Polish: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
  10. Your provision of your personal data is:
    • a condition for the implementation of the purpose referred to in point 3 and it results from the granted consent,
    • voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the purpose referred to in point 3.
  11. Your personal data will not be used in automated decision-making, including profiling.
